Some NWA farms welcome visitors to pick their own produce at affordable prices. This is a great way to experience some of our local farms, see where your food is being grown, and spend a day outside with your family!

KUAF Radio Community Event Listings

Throughout the year, the KUAF local radio station keeps an updated list of community events and classes being held all around Northwest Arkansas. Check out their online calendar or tune into 93.1 FM radio to hear about such events as Chefs in the Garden at the Botanical Garden of the Ozarks or the Hobbs State Park Fall Festival.

Fayetteville Farmers’ Market Events

The Fayetteville Farmers’ Market hosts several special events throughout the season, including the yearly Fayetteville Roots Festival. This is a 3-day event that features musical artists rooted across several unique styles such as folk, blues, bluegrass, jazz, and country. The festival also supports local farmers, chefs, and restaurants, with a heavy focus on locally grown produce and locally raised meats from the Ozarks.
